Registered Nurse (RN) - Geriatric Care North Dakota | Direct Hire We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a long-term care facility in North Dakota. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a stable schedule, strong compensation, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in geriatric care.

Schedule:

Full-Time (36 hours/week) 12-hour shifts: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Consistent, rotating schedule

Work Setting:

Long-Term Care (LTC) Facility Patient population: 44 Skilled Nursing (SNF) residents 12 Behavioral Care (BC) residents Shared coverage with 2 nurses on the floor

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement individualized resident care plans Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians Supervise and support CNA/LPN staff on the unit Ensure compliance with care plans, safety standards, and regulations Document care and maintain accurate EMR records Provide education and support to residents and families Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment ✅

Requirements:
