36 hours/week Position Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team. This role offers a day-shift schedule with flexibility and the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive LTC environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor, document, and report resident conditions, vital signs, and progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations Educate residents and families regarding care plans, wellness, and health maintenance Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota Experience in Long-Term Care preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
