Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories. Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols, including IV infusions and medication management. Utilize EMR systems to document patient information meticulously and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Support patients with complex needs. Skills Extensive experience with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation. Proficiency in performing IV insertion, phlebotomy, venipuncture, and aseptic techniques. Knowledge of
ICD-9/10
coding for accurate medical records billing and documentation. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, diagnostic evaluation processes, and medical terminology relevant to diverse specialties ICU experience, emergency medicine (ER experience), and home & community care environments. Ability to perform physical examinations and assessments. Skilled in infection control practices and laboratory specimen collection/processing. Experience with HIPAA compliance is essential.
