Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ICU Job Type Contract Take your critical care expertise to a dynamic clinical environment providing exceptional care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Multiple roles are available for experienced Registered Nurses to deliver skilled nursing services, focusing mainly on 12-hour night shifts in the ICU, with occasional assignments in PCU during the day. Your specialized knowledge and passion for patient care will support individuals and families during critical health challenges. Schedule:
Predominantly 12-hour night shifts in ICU Some day shifts available in
PCU Qualifications:
Active South Dakota nursing license or compact/multistate RN license (required) Proven experience as an RN in ICU or critical care Exceptional clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to adapt quickly and deliver precise, compassionate care in urgent situations
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, assess, and provide nursing interventions for critically ill patients Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to develop and execute patient care plans Administer medications and treatments according to protocol and physician directives Utilize advanced technology and equipment standard to the ICU setting Accurately document all nursing actions, patient progress, and significant events
