(include, but are not limited to, the following) Renders professional nursing care to patients within the treatment programs. Practices ongoing patient assessment, evaluation and update of patient care through observation of physical and behavioral symptoms and communicates pertinent data to other service areas as needed. Administers medications appropriately and documents all data accurately according to facility policy. Participates in formulation of individual care plans for all patients and implements plan according to facility policy. Performs proper HWC techniques, demonstrating knowledge of patient and staff safety. Completes debriefings as indicated. Serves as a role model to staff and students in dress and demeanor. Must have at least one year experience as RN in Behavioral Health, with children and adolescents or psychiatric inpatient setting 21 years of age Valid driver's license in good standing- This role requires a successful background check, fingerprinting and employment verification
