Job Description:

Summary:

Coordinates and administers all aspects of the Employee Health Service program under the direction of the Employee Health Manager. Actively functions as an employee advocate as well as staying knowledgeable of all regulatory, OSHA, Joint Commission and other agency guidelines and requirements for healthcare workers. Maintains accurate records in employee health files or electronic files.

Requirements:

Active RN license; preferable experience in employee health or occupational health setting.

Licenses and Certifications:

Active RN License CPR is required for any RN, LPN, PCT, Patient Transporter or other direct patient care provider. Emergency Department, Intensive Care Units, PACU, Medical Emergency Team and Anesthesia require ACLS. Pediatrics, SICU, Emergency Department and Medical Emergency Team also require
