Delivers skilled nursing care following MD/FNP/PA orders in the home environment. Utilizes the Electronic Medical Record to document all care provided. Reports changes in patient condition to MD/FNP/PA and prepares orders to reflect these changes. Participates in staff meetings, in-service programs, and patient care conferences. Participates in the on-call rotation. Education & Experience for Home Health RN (Registered Nurse),

Camden, TN:

Current RN license to practice in the state of Tennessee. Valid TN driver's license, current liability insurance, and reliable transportation. Current CPR certification required.
