Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy. Monitor residents' health status and promptly report changes. Supervise CNAs and ensure compassionate, professional care is delivered at all times. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident records. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and urgent resident needs. Uphold facility standards and comply with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) RN degree - Associate or Bachelor's in Nursing (required) Current CPR/BLS certification Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or healthcare preferred Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
