Cardiology Nurse Practitioner -
Cleveland, TN Shifts:
Mon - Fri (Days)Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Cardiology Nurse Practitioner who desires a smaller practice off the beaten path to grow and build relationships with patients and the community to join our healthcare team.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform assessment, by obtaining patient medical and social histories, and by performing diagnostic testing and taking vital signs.
- Evaluate signs and symptoms of patient
- Refer patients to physicians or other health care providers and facilities as needed and monitor outcome of the referral.
- Consult and collaborate with other professionals as needed.
- Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
Qualification/Experience:
- Master's Degree as NP or Must be a graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner educational program
- Minimum 5 years cardiac experience as
Nurse Practitioner Licenses/Certifications:
- Current State TN Nurse Practitioner License
- Active DEA License
BLS/ACLS
