Qualifications:
Current, active RN license Minimum of one year recent ICU nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Proven ability to thrive in high-acuity, fast-moving environments
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients, monitoring vital signs and managing complex medications and equipment Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to devise and implement individualized care plans Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding care, recovery, and support needs Uphold clinical standards and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement
