Key Qualifications:
Current and unencumbered RN license Minimum of one year recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing setting Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Strong critical thinking, assessment skills, and adaptability Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care for patients across a range of medical and surgical conditions Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage patient documentation Educate patients and families on treatments, procedures, and care plans Respond promptly to changes in patient status and act with sound clinical judgment
