Desired Experience:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum one year of recent Telemetry experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and adapt to new protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, promptly reporting any changes Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams Conduct thorough assessments and implement individualized plans of care Provide education and support to patients and their families Accurately document interventions and patient progress in electronic medical records
