Desired Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing. Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing.
BLS, ACLS
certifications (additional required credentials may apply depending on assignment). Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills. Proven ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Closely monitor and assess cardiac and vital signs for patients on telemetry. Coordinate and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and provide appropriate interventions. Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and care protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and comply with facility policies.
