RNs. ASK FOR DETAILS.. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team, delivering exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings. In this vital role, you will utilize your extensive nursing expertise to assess patient needs, administer treatments, and coordinate care plans that promote healing and well-being. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories using advanced EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems (PCC) Administer medications via IV infusion, injections, or other methods while adhering to aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Manage complex care procedures including wound care, catheterization, tracheostomy management, and tube feeding with precision and compassion. Perform diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory specimen collection/processing and assist with imaging procedures. Provide patient education on health coaching topics including chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, cardiac), medication administration, and discharge planning. Maintain meticulous medical documentation of patient care activities, ensuring compliance with ICD coding standards (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate record keeping and billing purposes. Experience Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in acute care settings such as skilled nursing facilities or Long term care. Demonstrated expertise working with diverse populations including geriatrics, behavioral health patients, and individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care needs. Hands-on experience with specialized procedures such as tracheostomy care, dialysis support, ostomy care, or assisted living environments. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like PCC; proficiency in ICD coding (ICD-10), CPT coding for procedures is preferred. Familiar with infection control. Enhanced Barrier and Isolation Precautions. Prior roles involving home & community care experience or post-acute care settings are advantageous. $36.00 - $42.00 per hour
