Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Telemetry (Med Surg Tele) unit. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients requiring medical-surgical interventions with telemetry monitoring. Your expertise will support patient recovery, ensure safety, and promote optimal health outcomes.
