Registered Nurse:
Ads to established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program and safety standards. Precepts new employees/students as needed. Reviews clinical performance of preceptee with office manager or clinical instructor/supervisor. Cooperates with other personnel to achieve department objectives and maintain good employee relations, interdepartmental objectives and infection control policies. Prepares patients for scheduled procedures and assists in patient assessment. Accurately records history and performs basic triage procedures per policy. After retrieving condition of patients, creates nursing history and discusses rmendations for appropriate interventions to appropriate practitioner. Clinical expertise and knowledge is such that individual can resolveplex patient/management/physician problems without direct supervision. Demonstrates sensitivity to patient'sfort and privacy by using the AIDET fundamentals ofmunication Assists providers with examinations, procedures and other processes related to direct patient care. Maintains a safe,fortable and therapeutic environment for patients/families during their visit. Monitors and ensures accuracy of recording on patient medical records. Maintains all required reports, records, statistics, etc. Ensures an adequate stock of supplies and well-maintained equipment. Inspects area daily forpliance with policies, procedures, regulations and standards and takes corrective action when violations occur. Schedules all outside patient appointments per physician order and relays accurately to patients. Take calls from hospitals/nursing homes and relays appropriate information to practitioner in a timely manner. Assure test results are received and relayed to the patient in a timely manner. Completes medical orientation checklist. Initiates appropriate patient education. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members. Implements care appropriate to diagnosis and per physician order. Problem solves and coordinates clinic patient care with physician supervision. Demonstratespetence in performing skills to include appropriate delivery of care according to the age-specific needs of the population served. Maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise. Collaborate with the patient, physician and other care team members as part of a team based approach to overall patient care. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Registered Nurse:

Pay Details:
