Full Job Description Position Summary:
Suwannee Medical Personnel is seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for contract assignments at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital . This opportunity is ideal for compassionate, skilled nurses with a strong background in acute or critical care who are looking to provide high-quality care in a specialized hospital setting. Contract Details Day Shift Available (3x12) 13 weekContracts Start Date:
ASAP Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centered care to medically complex patients requiring extended hospitalization. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform assessments and interventions in accordance with patient care plans. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, respiratory therapists, and physical therapists. Document patient progress, responses to treatment, and any changes in condition in accordance with facility protocols. Maintain compliance with infection control, safety procedures, and facility policies.Requirements:
Active and RN license in Tennessee Minimum 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an LTAC, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar acute care setting. BLS and ACLS certifications . Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to complete all facility-specific onboarding and credentialing requirements.Benefits:
