Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive care to patients on Med Surg and Telemetry units with a focus on evidence-based practice and compassionate communication. Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry, identifying changes and escalating concerns appropriately. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high quality patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care. Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic health record. Support quality improvement initiatives within assigned departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active and unencumbered RN license. Proficient in Telemetry monitoring, Med Surg protocols, and acute care best practices. Prior experience in Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing. BLS certification required; ACLS certification strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Why Take This Travel Assignment?
