• Full-time, PRN, Per diem Personalized Caregiving of Tennessee is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the Madisonville, TN area.

This position offers flexible scheduling with 8-12 hour shifts and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a client's quality of life while working in a supportive home care environment. Client has expressed a preference for a male nurse; however, all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. ⸻ Duties & Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care Assess and monitor patient health status Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as ordered Accurately document patient care and maintain clinical records Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, family members, and agency staff Observe and report changes in patient condition Ensure compliance with agency policies, state regulations, and professional standards Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and independence Participate in care planning and coordination of services Provide patient and family education as needed ⸻ Experience & Qualifications Current, active Tennessee RN or LPN license required Current CPR certification required Current TB Test or ability to obtain one upon hire Current Physical/ Health Clearance signed by a qualified health care provider Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a criminal background check Strong communication and documentation skills Home health, private duty, long-term care, or clinical nursing experience preferred Experience working independently and managing patient care in a home setting is a plus Compassionate, professional, and dependable demeanor
