Key Qualifications:
Active RN license (in good standing) Minimum of one year of recent Medical-Surgical experience Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments BLS certification required; additional credentials preferred
Main Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care on medical-surgical units Administer medications, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Document all interventions and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and at-home care
