Qualifications:
Valid and current RN license Minimum one year of recent Telemetry nursing experience (RN-Tele) BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Ability to quickly adapt to new teams and environments
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care and monitoring for patients in telemetry units Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Educate patients and families on cardiac care and ongoing treatment Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to facility protocols
