Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year recent Telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred but not required) Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced settings
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess cardiac rhythms, promptly identifying changes in patient condition Administer medications and manage IVs according to physician orders Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care planning Document patient histories, interventions, and progress accurately and timely Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families
