Desired Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license (state or compact) Minimum of one year recent Telemetry experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Flexible and adaptable to new environments and protocols
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive care to adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring Interpret and respond to telemetry rhythms with accuracy and speed Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care Administer medications, track changes in patient status, and document actions thoroughly Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management
