Job Description

Nursing
  • RN•Infusion / Chemo Nurse•Day Infusion RNs, also sometimes called Chemo RNs, are responsible for administering medications and fluids through an IV line, central line, or venous access port.
Infusion RNs are experts in IV access as well as the monitoring and care of IV access points. You may work with a wide range of patients, including those undergoing intravenous chemotherapy.
Basic travel nursing requirements include:
  • 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
  • Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
  • An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help Travel nurses work for a limited amount of time at a particular location, providing patient care and support before moving on to their next exciting adventure.
