OR Registered Nurse

Category Nursing - RN-Operating Room Job Type Contract Experience the dynamic environment of a high-acuity surgical department with this rewarding RN role on the thoracic/vascular team. Contribute to a large operating room setting in an advanced hospital, supporting a diverse range of complex cases in a Level 1 trauma center. Your expertise will be instrumental as you collaborate within a multidisciplinary surgical team, directly impacting outcomes for adult patients—including those requiring transplants, trauma intervention, and advanced endovascular procedures.

Schedule/Hours:

12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (9a-9p) Days during the week will vary based on unit needs (no block scheduling available) Late stays required as needed

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Current RN license for Tennessee or current Compact State, active at submission Required thoracic/vascular operating room experience At least 2 years of operating room experience Prior travel RN experience Demonstrated competency in circulating and scrubbing endovascular cases; scrubbing experience required Certification on file at time of submission Experience with a wide patient population: trauma, neuro, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), cardiac, ortho, GYN, urology, and more (adult patients only)

Key Responsibilities:
