Risk Management Nurse Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Nurse ensures the quality and safety of patient care by monitoring, evaluating, and improving healthcare practices. This role involves auditing medical records, assessing adherence to regulations and policies, and collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. Coordinate data gathering functions of risk management as well as analyze and draw conclusion from the data gathered. Follow-up and monitoring of plans of correction for identified risk areas.
