As a premier medical spa in Nashville, we specialize in advanced aesthetic treatments, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), functional and integrative wellness services, and comprehensive patient care designed to help our patients look and feel their best. We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and growth-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding wellness division. This role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about hormone optimization, preventative wellness, functional medicine, patient education, and helping build a thriving practice. Position Summary The Wellness Nurse Practitioner will play a key role in expanding Ona Skincare's hormone, functional medicine, and wellness services. This provider will be responsible for patient consultations, hormone optimization programs, wellness treatment planning, functional medicine assessments, good faith examinations, patient education, and ongoing care management. In addition to clinical excellence, we are looking for someone excited to contribute to practice growth through patient outreach, relationship building, social media participation, and educational content creation.

Experienced in hormone therapy, wellness medicine, and functional/integrative medicine Comfortable in a patient-facing, relationship-driven environment A strong communicator and team player Excited about helping grow a business and build systems Comfortable recording educational/promotional content for social media and marketing initiatives Passionate about aesthetics, preventative medicine, root-cause wellness, and patient optimization Interested in helping patients improve long-term health through lifestyle, nutrition, supplementation, and wellness strategies Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Wellness Responsibilities Perform comprehensive consultations and assessments for wellness, BHRT, functional medicine, and aesthetic patients Develop and manage personalized bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) programs Conduct functional medicine evaluations focused on identifying root-cause contributors to patient symptoms and health concerns Order, review, and interpret laboratory testing related to hormone optimization, micronutrient status, metabolic health, gut health, inflammation, and overall wellness Prescribe and monitor hormone therapy and wellness treatment plans Develop individualized wellness protocols that may include lifestyle modification, nutrition guidance, supplementation, peptide therapies, and preventative health strategies Perform Good Faith Exams in accordance with Tennessee regulations and clinic protocols Educate patients on treatment options, wellness plans, procedures, supplements, lifestyle interventions, and post-treatment care Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Stay current on advancements in wellness medicine, hormone therapy, functional medicine, peptides, and aesthetics through continuing education Assist in developing standardized wellness and functional medicine protocols for the practice Practice Growth & Marketing Responsibilities Participate in patient outreach and retention initiatives Help grow and expand the wellness and functional medicine division of the practice Build strong patient relationships that encourage long-term retention and referrals Assist with educational workshops, events, wellness initiatives, and community outreach Participate in social media and marketing efforts Record educational and promotional video content related to hormone therapy, wellness, functional medicine, and aesthetic services Support brand growth through community engagement and patient education Qualifications Current and valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Tennessee Experience in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) Background in wellness medicine, preventative medicine, functional medicine, or aesthetic medicine preferred Functional medicine training, IFM coursework/certification, or integrative medicine experience preferred Strong understanding of hormone optimization, preventative care, and patient wellness protocols Familiarity with advanced wellness laboratory interpretation and root-cause approaches to care preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Comfortable on camera and participating in educational/promotional content Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and patient transformation Excited about contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding practice Preferred Qualities Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping scale a wellness and functional medicine practice Strong patient conversion and relationship-building skills Experience with injectables, laser treatments, peptides, IV therapy, or aesthetic services preferred Highly organized and dependable Positive attitude with strong follow-through Passionate about educating patients and creating an exceptional patient experience Interest in longevity medicine, preventative health optimization, and integrative wellness approaches
