8:00 PM - 8:30 AM Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a youth residential program in Norris, TN. The RN will provide direct nursing care to adolescents in a residential setting while working alongside a multidisciplinary team to promote the health, safety, and well-being of each resident. Responsibilities Assess and monitor residents' health status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Respond to medical concerns and emergencies. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Communicate effectively with providers, staff, and families as appropriate. Ensure compliance with nursing standards, state regulations, and facility policies. Promote a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment for youth. Qualifications Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in pediatrics, behavioral health, residential treatment, or mental health is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
