$42.00-$46.00 per hour

Sign On Bonus:

$3,000 (Full-Time Day Shift) | $5,000 (Full-Time Night Shift)

Shift:

12-hour shifts. Essential Functions:

Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to work with others at all levels of the Company, have exceptional customer service, and be completely honest.

Other assigned duties include:

Provides direct patient care as described in state regulations for RN, in all cases involving nursing services. Follows the Plan of Care to provide safe & competent care to the patient. Assists in maintaining a healthy & safe environment. Evaluates the patient's needs on a regular basis. Encourage the patient's independence but not exceed their capabilities outlined out in the Patient's Care Plan. Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has direct supervisory responsibilities for Aides and LPN's. This position will perform supervisory visits as needed.

Flexible Scheduling Qualifications:

Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse Valid Driver's License Current CPR/BLS Certification and TB Test Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
