Required Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license (compact or Tennessee) At least one year of recent nursing experience in Med Surg and/or Telemetry Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic healthcare setting

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for adult populations in Telemetry and Med Surg units Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, manage diverse patient conditions, and educate patients and families Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately and thoroughly
