Qualifications & Experience:
Current and valid RN license Minimum of one year recent experience on a Medical-Surgical floor BLS certification required (additional certifications preferred) Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills Ability to quickly integrate into fast-paced teams and adapt to new healthcare settings
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients Document patient assessments, care plans, and interventions accurately Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to execute patient-centered strategies Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and post-discharge care Respond to patient needs promptly, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
