Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced acute care environment Care for medical, orthopedic, spine, trauma, and post-procedural patients Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Manage patients with chest tubes, wound vacs, NG tubes, feeding tubes, continuous bladder irrigation, dialysis, and telemetry monitoring Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition using sound clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes Float within the facility as required based on patient care needs Other assigned duties by supervisorRequired Qualifications:
Active state RN license (Required) Minimum 1+ year of recent Med-Surg RN experience (Required) Required Certifications (must be American Heart Association): BLS !
