Up to $2,606 DayOne Staffing is seeking an experienced Med-Surg Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment at Tristar Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna, Tennessee. 07/27/2026 - 10/26/2026 36 Guaranteed Hours Per Week Weekly Compensation Up to $2,606 Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients. Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation while adhering to facility policies and standards.
