PM Shift Qualifications:

Valid RN license At least 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Adaptability and a positive attitude in a dynamic healthcare setting

Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patients on Telemetry units Interpret cardiac rhythms and report changes to care teams Execute individualized patient care plans Collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize patient outcomes Provide exceptional support and education for patients and families Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with medical protocols
