Job Description
Who We Are Prime IV Hydration & Wellness empowers individuals to look better, feel better, and ultimately perform better by offering a balanced blend of high quality personalized IV and injection therapies, combined with an upscale spa experience to help them be their absolute best. Our family owned location is part of one of the top new and emerging franchises in the country, and top of the IV therapy category. Qualifications Active RN or Paramedic license Strong IV insertion and injection skills Sales, membership, or customer service experience strongly preferred Knowledge of IV therapy and wellness treatments Strong communication and organizational skills Responsibilities Sales & Customer Experience Drive membership growth, client retention, and overall spa performance Educate clients on IV therapies, injections, and wellness plans Support promotions, community outreach, and local business growth Deliver a luxury-level client experience from consultation through follow-up Clinical Oversight Perform IV therapy and injection services Provide client consultations and assess contraindications Support safe and compliant clinical practices among staff Pay $25 to $32 hourly (additional $5
- 10 per hour for tips & commission) Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience. Prime IV is a medical spa rather than a treatment center, and our team members can receive tips for their services directly from customers. Spa Hours 10am
