Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment - flexible duration Full-time hours (details to be discussed during interview process)
Qualifications:
Valid and unrestricted RN license Minimum 1 year recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing BLS certification (required) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt to new environments and quickly integrate with new teams Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional care to a variety of patients on the medical-surgical floor Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient conditions Provide patient and family education for discharge and ongoing health maintenance Uphold infection control and hospital protocols at all times
