We provide hydration, vitamin therapy, and wellness solutions in a relaxing, spa-like environment. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with strong IV skills to join our Allen team full-time. The ideal candidate is energetic, personable, and passionate about helping clients feel their best. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities Perform IV hydration treatments designed to restore and enhance patient wellness. Provide health consultations and educate clients on vitamins, micronutrients, and wellness benefits. Maintain smooth daily operations, train new staff. Perform medical charting, obtain vascular access, and monitor patients during infusion. Support membership and product sales by educating and recommending the best treatments for each client. Assist with spa operations, including stocking, cleaning, linen services, and administrative duties. Carry out additional tasks as directed by management. Qualifications Current RN License in Texas (Required) Extensive IV experience BLS Certification (Preferred) Med spa experience a plus Strong organizational & customer service skills Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus the opportunity to earn an additional 25% through gratuities and incentives.
