  • On-Call Full-Time On-Call Position Competitive Compensation + Full Benefits LoveWell Hospice is seeking an exceptional Hospice RN to join our On-Call Team.

We are looking for team members who contribute positively to that environment. What to Expect This is a busy on-call position. You will respond to urgent patient and family needs, perform visits when needed, provide symptom management, coordinate care, and support families during some of the most important moments of their lives. The ideal candidate understands that hospice is a calling as much as it is a profession and is willing to go above and beyond to provide exceptional care. Dedicated triage support — A triage RN manages all incoming calls so you can stay focused on patient care, with additional clinical resources available based on patient needs and workload. Responsibilities Respond to after-hours patient and family needs Perform on-call visits as clinically indicated Provide symptom management and crisis intervention Complete admissions when assigned Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Provide patient and family education Maintain timely and accurate documentation Deliver compassionate end-of-life care with professionalism and excellence Qualifications Current Texas RN license in good standing Hospice experience strongly preferred Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license EMR experience preferred Benefits Competitive compensation Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Mileage reimbursement Supportive leadership team Why LoveWell Hospice?
