Job Summary and Qualifications The Float Pool RN delivers professional nursing care to all patients in a critical care setting; performs assessment of patients, follows standard of care utilizing nursing process for care delivery; maintains accountability for professional decisions & actions; assumes charge position as needed Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
