As a leading provider of senior living and rehabilitation services, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment that promotes healing, comfort, and well-being for our residents. We are seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (L.V.N.s) and Registered Nurses (R.N.s) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices, regulations, and directed by the Director of Nursing. Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions. Make nursing assignments appropriate to the skill level of employees. Maintain acceptable standards of patient care. Cooperate and maintain good rapport with nursing staff, medical staff, other departments, and visitors. Obtain and document nursing history from the patient and/or significant others that is comprehensive of present conditions and prior problems. Record vital signs, notes, and changes.
Requirements:
Current L.V.N. or R.N. license in the state of Texas. High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Passion for providing exceptional patient care and improving outcomes.
