Bastrop County, Texas Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-level clinical support and coordination for students with disabilities at Bastrop ISD. This role is vital in ensuring that students receive nursing services in strict compliance with professional standards and state laws. Responsibilities Provide professional nursing services and specialized care for school-aged children with disabilities. Ensure all medical services meet Texas Education Agency (TEA) requirements and federal/state laws. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including those promulgated by OSHA. Assist in the preparation of detailed service descriptions and documentation required for District billing and audits. Qualifications Must hold a current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) License . Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children with disabilities. Experience supporting students, families, or individuals with disabilities is a plus Must have an active BLS and ACLS certifications Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct Must be authorized to work in the United States Schedule & Work Environment Contract-based assignments Flexible scheduling based on district needs
Pay:
$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
