PRN Registered Nurse ($50 per hour)

Responsibilities Provides care as defined within the scope of the state's nurse practice act. Delivers appropriate care to patients, at a competent level, according to the Plan of Care. Coordinates the planning for delivery of nursing care with Director of Nursing and administers appropriate clinical decisions in the delivery of patient care. Proactively updates client/patients' POC, health changes, and other related incidents. Ensures safe care to patients; adheres to all policies, procedures, standard within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity, and quality of service. Requirements Current unrestricted Nursing license in the State of Texas Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Clean background and criminal records Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, preferred. Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
