Nurturing Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing home health team in the Beaumont area. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients homes. The RN will work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans Perform skilled nursing procedures such as wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, and patient monitoring Develop and update individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and care teams Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and preventive care Monitor patient progress and document all care provided in compliance with state and federal regulations Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Identify changes in patient condition and respond appropriately
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (home health experience preferred) Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Current CPR certification (BLS required) Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
