Job Description:
Out-Patient RN with a dynamic personality for building relationships. Very professional with a passion for educating others. Astute clinician that will be responsible for Admissions, and will assist with pronouncements, discharges and assessments.Qualifications:
Licensed RN in the State of Texas- required 1+ years' experience as a RN
- preferred Experience with Hospice or Home Health
- preferred Experience in Admissions required Effective written and verbal communication The ability to travel using reliable transportation Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
