Full-Time About the Role CARE Fertility is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Bedford team. As a key member of our clinic and ambulatory surgical center (ASC), you'll play an essential part in supporting patients on their journey to parenthood. This rewarding role involves providing high-quality care throughout fertility treatments, working closely with our physicians and staff in a supportive environment. No prior fertility experience is required—we provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in this specialized field. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care in the clinic, including preparing patients for procedures, monitoring their progress, and offering guidance on treatment plans. Assist in pre-operative preparations, such as patient assessments, starting IV lines, and educating patients on what to expect. Circulate during minor fertility procedures like egg retrievals, hysteroscopies, laparoscopies, and similar outpatient surgeries, ensuring smooth operations and patient safety. Provide post-anesthesia care (PACU) by monitoring recovery, managing comfort, and addressing immediate needs. Handle discharge planning with clear instructions for home care and follow-up. Maintain accurate documentation in our electronic medical records (EMR) system. Collaborate with the team to create a positive, empathetic experience for every patient. Qualifications Active RN license in the State of Texas (required). 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred; women's health or surgical experience is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills with a focus on patient service. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting. Experience circulating in surgical settings is highly desirable; comfort with PACU or recovery care is a plus. Why Join CARE Fertility?
