1600 Hospital Parkway Bedford, Texas 76022 Work hours: Full-time, Night Shift, 36 hours weekly, 3-12 hours shifts, 7:00 pm- 7:00 am ICU Department highlights: 18-bed Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit (ICU) that also specializes in Trauma, Neurosurgical, and Cardiovascular patient care.
- Registered Nurse Upon Hire required Other
- CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required BCLS
- prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required ACLS
- within 90 days required NIHSS
- within 60 days of hire CPI
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training
- within 90 days of hire 1 Year of experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program required Current ICU experience strongly preferred What You Will Do Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process Assesses the patient Plans the care of the patient Intervenes as appropriate Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.
