Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Nurse (RN) to support our home care team. This role focuses on conducting Start of Care visits, ongoing monthly supervisory visits, and ensuring that our clients receive high-quality, compliant care. This is an ideal part-time opportunity for a nurse who values flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete Start of Care visits within required timeframes (typically 72 hours of VA authorization) Conduct monthly supervisory visits in accordance with care plans and program requirements Develop and update individualized client care plans Ensure compliance with VA and company documentation standards Communicate regularly with the care team regarding client needs, concerns, or changes in condition Provide education and guidance to caregivers to ensure quality care delivery Identify and report safety concerns, changes in condition, or additional service needs

Qualifications:

Active RN license in the state of Texas Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred) Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
