Job Summary ✅ Up to $55/hour. High Demand Role•This position will fill quickly Critical Health Connection, LLC has needs for Registered Nurse (RN) in the Big Spring area . ✅ $500 referral incentive for bringing in a friend! ✅ Same Day Pay $$ Responsibilities Triage, assess and record patient's history, signs and symptoms Completes comprehensive assessment of inpatients upon admission and change in condition Establish, implement, evaluate and document patient plan of care and services Provide education to staff, patient and family members Administers transfusions of blood and blood products and patient medication administration as needed Evaluate patient status Inform medical provider of any changes in patient status Perform point of care diagnostic tests, such as, EKG and glucometer readings Continually monitor to assure medical provider's orders for the patient's care are being carried out Interact with patients, family members, medical providers and ancillary personnel on a continuous basis Carry out procedures for admitting, transferring or discharging patients Complies with practice standards of the state board of nursing Requirements Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice ( 1 year minimum) Bilingual (Required) Experience in hospital medicine, medical-surgical nursing, emergency medicine is preferred. Proficiency in basic life support techniques. Familiarity with medical records management systems. Ability to lift patients and assist with mobility as required. Previous experience in hospital Experience administering injections IM and IV Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
