"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity critical care in a MedSurg ICU setting. The RN will manage complex patients in a fast-paced Level II Trauma Center, delivering advanced nursing care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care for ICU patients with complex medical conditions Monitor and manage critically ill patients in a 1:2-1:3 ratio Administer medications, IV therapies, and critical care interventions Manage ventilated and post-surgical ICU patients Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams Perform continuous patient assessments and respond to clinical changes Document patient care accurately in EMR systems Float between units as needed based on facility demand Maintain adherence to ICU protocols and safety standards
Required Skills & Experience:
2-3+ years ICU experience preferred (required preference noted) Strong cardiac and neuro ICU experience required General surgery ICU experience preferred Trauma ICU experience preferred Ability to work in high-acuity, fast-paced environments Strong critical thinking and rapid decision-making skills
