Schedule:

4x10 hour shifts, Tuesday through Friday Unable to accommodate 3x12s

Required Qualifications:

RN license with previous Stepdown experience Active BLS and ACLS certifications (prior to start) Minimum 60 miles from facility to qualify as travel Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced stepdown environment Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for complex cases Monitor and manage patients transitioning from critical care Maintain thorough and accurate documentation Participate in continual process improvements and professional development
